Storytelling
Storytelling is a method that gives voice to those individuals especially affected by past violence. Stories link past, present and future and as such are a medium for sharing, assessing and interpreting past events, experiences and concepts. Stories can be told in oral, written or visual ways. The aims of storytelling are manifold: advocacy, healing, documentation, acknowledgement, commemoration, education.Contextual Reflections
